Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
8–10 slices bacon
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne (if using).
Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon.
Roll wrapped tenders in the brown-sugar seasoning mix.
Arrange on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
Bake 25–30 minutes, turning once, until bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving—the glaze gets even better as it cools slightly!
