Ingredients
• 3 cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled & sliced if fresh)
• 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
• ¾–1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
• 2 cups cold water
• 2–3 cups ice
• Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Blend peaches
Add peaches to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add liquids
Pour in lemon juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend again until well combined.
3. Add ice
Add 2–3 cups of ice and blend until slushy and smooth.
4. Taste & adjust
Adjust sweetness (more sugar) or tartness (more lemon) if needed.
5. Serve
Pour into glasses, garnish with lemon slices, peach slices, and mint.
Tips
• Use frozen peaches for a thicker, frostier texture
• Add a splash of Sprite or sparkling water for a fizzy version
• Freeze leftovers into popsicles
