Ingredients (Fries)
• 3–4 large russet potatoes
• 2–3 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive oil)
• Salt to taste
Instructions (Fries)
1. Prep potatoes
Peel (optional) and cut into fries.
2. Soak (key step!)
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes (removes starch = crispier fries).
3. Dry well
Pat completely dry with paper towels.
4. Cook (choose one)
Oven:
• Toss with oil
• Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30–40 mins
• Flip halfway
Air Fryer:
• 380°F (193°C) for 15–20 mins
• Shake halfway
Fry (classic):
• Fry at 350°F until golden and crispy
5. Season immediately
Toss hot fries with seasoning of choice π

1. Cajun Seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp sugar

2. Garlic Parmesan
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
π Toss with fries + a little melted butter for BEST flavor
3. Smoky BBQ
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp brown sugar
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp chili powder

Pro Tips
• Season while fries are HOT → sticks better
• Add a drizzle of melted butter before seasoning for extra flavor
• Double fry (for deep fry method) = extra crispy
