Ingredients:
500 g ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 slices provolone cheese
4 hoagie rolls
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Heat the olive oil and butter, then cook the onion and bell pepper until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the thinly sliced steak, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring until browned.
Divide the steak mixture into 4 portions and top each with 2 slices of provolone cheese. Cover for 1 minute until melted.
Toast the hoagie rolls if desired.
Fill each roll with the cheesy steak mixture.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
